1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Mugi TCG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Service

Mugi TCG is an iOS application for the One Piece Trading Card Game. The App allows you to access a database of One Piece TCG cards and sets, manage your personal collection, scan cards using your device's camera, view market price information, and create custom collections.

Users can create a Mugi TCG account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. An account allows you to sync your collection data across devices via our cloud services.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. User Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
  • Use the App to transmit malware or viruses
  • Transfer your account or App access rights to another person
  • Sell, sub-license, distribute, or commercially exploit the content of the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

5. Mugi TCG Pro (Premium Subscription)

Mugi TCG offers premium features through an auto-renewable subscription called "Mugi TCG Pro", allowing access to additional features including unlimited collections, unlimited card tracking, card scanning, and more.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • All payments are managed by Apple and RevenueCat as our third-party payment partner

6. Purchases and Payments

  • Prices depend on your country of residence and may change from time to time
  • The price displayed at the time of subscription will be honored
  • Refund rights are governed by Apple's App Store policies. Please refer to Apple's refund terms for more information

7. Intellectual Property and One Piece Disclaimer

7.1 App Ownership

The App, including all original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mugi TCG and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 One Piece Intellectual Property Disclaimer

One Piece, One Piece Trading Card Game (TCG), and all related media, including but not limited to card images, symbols, names, characters, and distinctive likenesses, are registered trademarks and copyrighted properties of Bandai Co., Ltd., Toei Animation Co., Ltd., and Shueisha Inc.

Mugi TCG is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bandai, Toei Animation, Shueisha, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. This App is designed as a companion tool for One Piece TCG players and collectors, operating under fair use principles.

All One Piece-related content displayed in the App is owned by their respective rights holders. We do not claim any ownership rights to One Piece intellectual property.

7.3 Fair Use Statement

This App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by TCG enthusiasts. Any One Piece-related content accessible through the App is displayed for informational and reference purposes only.

7.4 User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use One Piece-related content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any One Piece-related content accessed through the App
  • Respect all intellectual property rights related to One Piece TCG

8. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide the most up-to-date database possible, however Mugi TCG cannot guarantee that information in the App is always fully accurate, complete, or current. The information contained in the App is provided for general information purposes only.

Prices displayed for cards are provided for informational purposes through third-party sources including TCGPlayer. Mugi TCG does not guarantee the real-time accuracy of this data and is not responsible for any purchase or sale decisions made based on this information.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Mugi TCG may participate in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to TCGPlayer and Cardmarket. Some links in the App may be affiliate links, and if you click on them and make a purchase, Mugi TCG may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help support the development and maintenance of the App.

10. User Accounts

If the App provides account functionality, you:

  • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Must provide accurate and complete information
  • Are solely responsible for all activities under your account

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Settings. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at mugitcginfo@gmail.com.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App without notice, update these Terms at any time, and change App functionality or features. When we change these Terms in a significant way, we will notify users via the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, conduct we believe violates applicable laws, or any other reason we deem necessary.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. All disputes resulting from or arising in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Spain.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining provisions.
